Super Simple Washi Tape Easter Eggs

PICT6082
I have the easiest Easter tutorial you will find on the web!
Yep, that’s right. You only need two things to make these fancy eggs: washi tape and cheap plastic Easter eggs.
Allow me to share the super simple directions…
PICT6084
Take egg, add strips of washi tape from top to bottom, repeat until completely covered.
Be sure to smooth the edges of each strip of tape as you add it. You can also add a coat of Mod Podge when you’re done to be sure the tape won’t come back up (a good idea especially if your washi tape is old).
So what do you think? Pretty simple, right?
And with the numerous patterns of washi out there, there are endless looks that can be achieved!

Hi, I'm pretty late to the party, but these are cute. I want to make easter egg shakers for my class. How many eggs do you suppose you could make with one roll of washi tape?

8-10 would be my best guess for normal-sized eggs.

Love decorated eggs, love washi tape, love polka dots. Did you make this project just for me?!

Now that is cute and the kids could do this themselves, what a great idea!
