Print your own Christmas glitter prints for extra festive holiday decor!
This is a sponsored post on behalf of Core’dinations and Blueprint Social. As always, all ideas and opinions expressed are my own.
I am SO excited to share today’s project with you! Why? Because it is a complete game changer.
The Christmas prints in the above photo (which I’m sharing with you!) are printed on glitter paper. From my home inkjet printer. What????? I know what you’re thinking. Am I crazy for running glitter paper through my printer? Won’t that gum up the printer, not to mention ruin my ink heads? Nope. Sure won’t. This is special glitter paper, y’all.
This Core’dinations Glitter Prints paper is especially made to run through inkjet printers. The glitter DOES NOT come off of the paper. The ink that prints on the paper takes on the glittered look of the paper. No one would EVER guess that you ran this paper through a home printer!
The Core’dinations Glitter Prints come in various shapes and sizes including 8.5×11, 12×12, note cards, and gift tags just to name a few.
I designed some Buffalo Check Christmas Prints in fun non-traditional Christmas colors. They come in 8×10, ready to print on an 8.5×11 sheet of paper, and 4×5 with four to a sheet which is just right for card making. You can grab them here: Buffalo Check Turquoise, Buffalo Check Pink, Buffalo Check Cards.
I used the Glitter Prints white 8.5×11 paper for these prints so I could run them straight through the printer without much trimming.
It’s hard to convey via photographs, but can you see how the ink incorporates the glitter perfectly? It looks professionally printed! Certainly nothing you would dare try to print at home. And, again, none of the glitter comes off handling the paper! It’s like a Christmas miracle.
One of the my favorite things about the potential of the Glitter Prints is the ability to make my own patterned glitter paper! Here, I created a holly design in matching colors of the buffalo check prints and repeated the pattern all over the paper and printed it out. I then used this template to cut and piece together a pretty little glitter bow.
I framed the turquoise buffalo check Christmas print in an 8×10 frame and taped the bow on the glass above the print.
The smaller prints fit perfectly on the front of pre-made card bases so you can easily make homemade Christmas cards. I simply tied a bow around the image after gluing it to the front of the card. Inside you can write your Christmas message.
So what do you think? Game changer? I think this will take your paper crafting to a whole new level. You can create professional-looking glitter projects from home! And the whole mess-free thing is pretty sweet, too. It’s nice to craft and walk away with my clothes, my face, and my work space NOT covered in glitter.

That paper is amazing!! I had no idea they made such a thing - I'm not a paper crafter but I can't wait to pick some up - that would make little thank you notes or whatever so much cuter!!
