These FREE Christmas coloring printables can be framed and used as wall art when complete!
I’ve been wanting to make some Christmas coloring sheets for some time now, so when my friends at Prismacolor offered to send me their Fine Tip Illustration Markers I knew the timing was perfect to start creating. I came up with 3 different designs that can be framed as artwork once you’re done coloring them. And they all have backgrounds that will print and don’t need to colored making them look more like art you bought in the store!
You can download the prints here:
Joy Print
Filthy Animal Print
Ornaments Print
The Joy and Ornament prints have a planked wood background that could be shaded if you choose, but looks fun left white as well. The buffalo check (plaid) pattern on the Filthy Animal print adds to the whimsical woodsy theme of the print.
The designs are sized to 8×10. Once you’re done coloring you can trim them down to size and place in a frame.
The Prismacolor Fine Tip Illustration Markers are perfect for filling in thin lines that adult coloring books are known to have. It’s so satisfying to color inside the lines! Larger tip markers make that difficult and the main purpose of adult coloring is to relax.
The pine needles on this Joy Print are super thin, but the Fine Tip Markers made it so easy to color them. I also used them to outline the “joy” after coloring it in with a metallic paint pen that kept me from staying in the lines.
So print, color, cut, and frame. And it’s so relaxing to color these sheets. I spent several days just coloring periodically when I needed a break from life. And I love that I can frame the end result and hang it on my wall for the holidays!
